What if I forget to pick up my prescription at the time indicated?
We will hold your prescription for ten days. After ten days, we will be happy to refill the prescription for you, upon request. You can also sign up for text, phone, or email notifications to receive when your prescriptions are ready for pick up.
How can I transfer my prescription(s) from another pharmacy?
Either stop by our location or call us to transfer your prescriptions. Transferring is as easy as 1,2,3!
Can I pickup my family members prescription (s)? What information will I need?
You must how proper identification and you must, according to HIPAA guidelines, be an authorized caregiver for the patient(s) whose prescriptions(s) you are picking up.
Can you deliver my prescriptions?
Yes, call us today and schedule a delivery for your prescription. All you need to provide is some basic contact information.
If I have no refills remaining, can I still request a refill online?
Yes, we will contact your prescriber for you to request a refill. You will be required to enter your phone number, so we may contact you, if necessary.
Can I prepay for my prescriptions online?
We only accept payment at time of pickup/delivery. We do not currently accept online payments.
Can I use my prescription card at your pharmacy?
Yes, we accept most major insurance companies.
Can you help me with Medicare Part D questions?
Yes, we have trained Medicare Part D professionals on staff.
How can I get my prescription(s) after hours?
