Fisherville Pharmacy Delivery Driver

A delivery Driver at Fisherville Pharmacy must be passionate about providing outstanding customer care to our patients who can not physically make it to the pharmacy for their medications.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly
    environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, answering customer’s questions and providing assistance to customers when needed.
  • Deliver products to customers or locations efficiently while maintaining safety and appropriateness.
  • Maintaining accurate paperwork.
  • Accurately record and turn in all monies and documentation
  • Answering telephones.
  • Communicate customer requests to management
  • Maintain internal and external appearance of the store.
  • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the pharmacist.

 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to process information/merchandise through delivery system
  • Ability to communicate with associates and customers
  • Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
  • Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.

Requirements:

  • Physical ability to drive for extended periods and to move and handle boxes of merchandise, which entails lifting, and perform all functions as set forth above

Fisherville Pharmacy Cashier

A Cashier at Fisherville Pharmacy is an integral part of our pharmacy team and is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service, processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently, cash register operations as well as safeguarding company assets.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly
    environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, answering customer’s questions and providing assistance to customers when needed.
  • Managing the cash register and drawer counts
  • Answering telephones.
  • Maintain solid product knowledge and awareness of all promotions and advertisement
  • Communicate customer requests to management
  • Maintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked.
  • Maintain all areas for cleanliness and neatness.
  • Stock, face, and mark prices on shelves and items
  • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the office manager or primary certified pharmacy technician.

Fisherville Pharmacy Registered Pharmacy Technician

A Registered Pharmacy Technician at Fisherville Pharmacy will assist the pharmacist and certified pharmacy technicians with tasks such as labeling and dispensing medications. As well as maintain patient profiles and perform other routine tasks.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Perform all the tasks and functions of the cashier position.
  • Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly
    environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, answering customer’s questions and providing assistance to customers when needed.
  • Answering telephones.
  • Prepare Patient paperwork.
  • Prepare medications which include: packaging, counting and labeling.
  • Communicate customer requests to management
  • Maintain orderly appearance of pharmacy.
  • Maintain inventory and stock all pharmacy supplies.
  • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the pharmacist or primary certified pharmacy technician.

Fisherville Pharmacy Certified Pharmacy Technician

A Certified Pharmacy Technician at Fisherville Pharmacy will assist the pharmacist with tasks such as data entry, prescription phone orders, advanced profile management including medication synchronization and planners, and perform other routine tasks.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Perform all the tasks and functions of the registered pharmacy technician position.
  • Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly
    environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, answering customer’s questions and providing assistance to customers when needed.
  • Answering telephones.
  • Prepare Patient medication cycles.
  • Prepare MTM reviews and paperwork for pharmacist.
  • Handle primary data entry tasks.
  • Communicate customer requests to management
  • Maintain orderly appearance of pharmacy.
  • Maintain inventory and stock all pharmacy supplies.
  • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the pharmacist or primary certified pharmacy technician.

Pharmacist

Fisherville Pharmacy Pharmacist

A pharmacist at Fisherville Pharmacy is expected to manage and oversee the pharmacy staff and pharmacy workflow, including checking patient prescriptions for accuracy and clinical appropriateness, immunize patients, conduct medical reviews, take prescriptions, and discuss medication questions with providers when necessary.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the direction and monitoring of Pharmacy personnel and performance as directed
  • Clinical Service Involvement (CPESN, NCPA, Outcomes, Care Plans)
  • Ensuring that patients/ clients are evaluated for appropriateness of therapy provided by the Pharmacy
  • Following proper Pharmacy and regulatory safety procedures and standards
  • Submitting appropriate claims for third-party reimbursement
  • Consulting and communicating with physicians and other prescribers regarding clinical patient workups and associated clinical interventions
  • Providing patient/clients with counseling and education
  • Documenting patient care activities
  • Participating in regular personnel meetings as necessary
  • Complying with Pharmacy policies
  • Providing excellent customer service using best practices
  • Understanding confidentiality with respect to patient/ client care; complying with all federal and state laws applicable to confidentiality of protected health information (PHI) and electronic protected health information (EPHI); and following HIPAA guidelines regarding readily identifiable protected health information
  • Administering immunizations and other injectables
  • Participating in the state prescription drug monitoring program
  • Promoting teamwork
